If your ideal yoga practice is some cosy constructive rest with blankets and bolsters, still yoga is for you. This is a gentle therapeutic practice, offering an opportunity to slow down, focus inwards and rest in simple, accessible postures for a luxurious amount of time. The exact contents of your session will be based on your own individual needs, but expect a mindful practice, in which you are invited to give attention to the shifting landscape of sensations, emotions, thoughts and breath. When we slow down and pay attention to our inner experience, we may become more grounded in our deeper feelings, more connected to our authentic responses, and more whole as a person.

Who is it suitable for?
Anyone wanting rest and renewal within a slow, inner-focused practice, whether experienced yogi or absolute beginner. No fitness or flexibility is necessary. People with fatigue (including CFS and long covid) are welcome. Classes are trauma-friendly and neurodivergent-friendly. I specialise in working with hypermobility and welcome hypermobile students.

Can I share a session?
Up to four people can share a session. The session cost is the same and is shared between you.
