If you are a beginner or newcomer to yoga, one-to-one sessions offer a way to develop a yoga practice based in or around the ashtanga vinyasa system. Teaching is geared to your ability and starts where you are, enabling you to gradually build capacity at your own pace.

If you are an ashtangi with an established practice, an individual session is an opportunity to work on any technical issues you may have, explore your questions, and find ways of working with injury and other physical limitations with the support of an experienced teacher.

The cost is £90 for a one-hour session. (Please note that for international payments, there is an additional 10 per cent charge. This is to cover transfer fees.) To book please contact me.
