We practise accessible sequences from primary and second series – with a functional movement twist – and end with some time to connect in words. Suitable for those with some ashtanga / dynamic yoga experience. Professional dancers and those with a good level of fitness are also welcome. If you are a beginner, please come to Mysore practice.
