This is a slower approach to ashtanga vinyasa, with an emphasis on the basics. You will be encouraged to start where you are, gradually building strength, stamina, flexibility and the capacity to stay present to your experience. However, this is still ashtanga, so expect to work hard and sweat.
Time: Sundays 8.30–10am.
Place: Online.
Cost: £12 / £10 low income / free for those in financial hardship. Block-booking cards are valid for this class. To decide which rate is appropriate for you, please read the fee policy.
