A one-to-one is a personally tailored mentor session to which you can bring particular edges you are encountering in your teaching, skill gaps you want to address, areas of teaching in which you would like feedback, and so on. If you’re working with hypermobility, autistic adults, developmental trauma, eating disorders or professional dancers, this it could be a space to receive specialist mentoring from a yoga teacher / therapist with experience in these areas.
Sessions are friendly and supportive and, as well as offering you information, guidance and resources, are also designed to foster your capacity to connect with your inner teacher and access what you already innately know. When you start from your own internal source of feeling, knowing and communicating, you discover a natural depth and authority in your teaching that is a unique expression of you.
Where: Sessions happen in my own space, Plumstead Common SE18. The nearest station is Woolwich Arsenal; plenty of buses stop nearby. Information about covid-19 safety measures is here.
Online: I also offer sessions online – the work can be very effective this way.
Cost: £60 one session / £300 for a block of six. (You pay for three sessions up-front and for the second three halfway through the block.) Blocks of sessions must be used within six months.
