LIVE CLASSES AND RELAXATION OF COVID REGULATIONS
From 22 May (subject to the relaxation going as planned), Iive socially distanced classes will resume on Saturdays, with Greenwich Mysore happening on the first three Saturdays of the month, 8.30–10.30am (9 spaces); and Greenwich Moves on the last of the month, 11.30am–1.30pm (12 spaces).

 

Saturdays 22 (Greenwich Mysore) and 29 (Greenwich Moves) are on the booking system and available to book now.

WEDNESDAY
6.30–8.30am

Mysore practice
The way ashtanga vinyasa is traditionally practised. Receive individual help and feedback, and bring your questions and practice stumbling blocks. Suitable for everyone, from experienced ashtangis to complete yoga beginners. If you’re a yoga beginner looking for somewhere to start, this is the place. 14 places.

Led ashtanga vinyasa
We practice accessible sequences from primary and second series – with a functional movement twist – and end with some time to connect in words. Suitable for those with some ashtanga / dynamic yoga experience. Professional dancers and those with a good level of fitness are also welcome. 14 places.

Cost: £12/ £10 low income / free to those in financial hardship.

Greenwich Moves
A friendly and accessible community conscious dance class with a little facilitation, opportunities to write or draw, and lots of time just to dance. Suitable for everyone, including beginners and people with two left feet. 14 places.

The Sunday Restore
Spend some quality time with yourself. This is a delicious, slow, restful practice, involving simple, easeful postures. Suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced yoga practitioners. Those with fatigue / in recovery are welcome. (You will also receive a recording of the class.) 14 places.

One-to-one work
Phoenix Rising yoga therapy and other therapeutic one-to-one work is continuing in person. The covid safety policy is here. Other one-to-one sessions are currently happening via Zoom. Please contact to book.
