Always wanted to try yoga? This friendly and supportive online class will introduce you to some of the basic components of the ashtanga vinyasa practice and is suitable for people who are new to or have limited experience of yoga. 


The emphasis is on creating a secure foundation, understanding the structure of the beginning postures and being in them in a functional way. If you’re looking for detailed teaching with lots of individual attention, this is for you.

Please make sure you have a working video camera and a place to practise where you are fully visible.

When: Wednesdays, 4–5pm.
Cost: £12 / £10 low income. There are free spaces for those in financial hardship.
