

In this workshop we will be exploring questions such as:

How often should I practise?

Should I stick to just yoga or do I need to do anything else?

Are there alignments that will keep me safe?

Are there postures I should / should not be doing?

What style of yoga should I be doing?

How do I know if a teacher is right for me?

What do I do if I’m getting injured in my established practice?
This is not a yoga class, and we will not be doing practical explorations (so put your leggings back in the drawer!). The workshop will consist of information and discussion, together with questions from live participants.
Suitable for hypermobile people just venturing on the path of yoga, as well as those who have been practising for a while and may have got injured or lost their way.
