This information relates to the way classes and sessions are running following the removal of Covid regulations on 19 July.

Greenwich Mysore

  • Class capacity continues to be nine for now.

  • There is an assistant teacher in the room.

  • Class equipment is in use.

  • Masks are not required when moving around the building or on your mat.

  • Teachers wear a mask and visor and change all clothes before and after the practice.

  • Teachers sanitise hands and any other contact parts between adjustments.

  • The space is sanitised before use.

  • The space is ventilated as well as is practical.

  • Adjustments, as always, are optional, and you are welcome to come along and simply get on with your practice – or receive verbal help only.


Moving Space | Telegraph Hill 

  • Class capacity continues to be 15 for now.

  • Masks are not required when moving around the building or when on the dance floor.

  • You may dance next to other dancers and have physical contact on the dance floor. Red lanyards are available for any dancers who require others to maintain 2-metre distance from them (for any reason). Please ensure that you respect other dancers' need for distance.

  • The space is ventilated as well as is practical.

  • The space is sanitised before use.


One-to-one work

  • In-person sessions are limited to two a day.

  • A mask is not required (but you are welcome to wear one if you prefer).

  • I am happy to wear a mask if you prefer (please let me know in advance).

  • The mat covering is changed and soft props are sanitised after every session.

  • The space is ventilated as well as is practical.
