Phoenix Rising is a simple and powerful form of embodied therapy in which you are invited to explore your own internal landscape, and experience how your inner life manifests in and through your body. The work involves assisted postures (in which the practitioner moves and holds your body), therapeutic touch, dialogue and some structured meditation processes to help you open attention to your experience at the beginning of the session and settle at the end. The practitioner does not interpret or advise but acts as a compassionate witness, holding a safe and generative space for you to access your own innate wisdom.

Yoga therapy is not about ‘fixing’. It starts with an acceptance of ‘This is what I have been given to work with’.
