These four-session courses are suitable for absolute beginners with no yoga experience. You will learn the basics of astanga vinyasa, starting where you are and gradually building capacity. You will be taught in the Mysore room during regular Mysore practice time, so that at the end of the course, the transition to practising with the main group will be easy and organic. The course is taught by one of the assistant teachers, supervised by Jess.

Astanga teaching includes some hands-on adjustment of the body. If this is not OK for you, please let me know by email or at the class.
