YOGA
• Mondays, 6–9am, Greenwich: Mysore-style astanga. Complete beginners as well as experienced astangis.

• Tuesdays, 6–9am, Woolwich: Mysore-style astanga. Complete beginners as well as experienced astangis.

• Wednesdays, 6–9am, Greenwich: Mysore-style astanga. Complete beginners as well as experienced astangis.

• Wednesdays, 10.30am–noon, Blackheath Standard: restorative yin yoga. Beginners as well as experienced yogis.

• Thursdays, 7–8.30pm, Greenwich: Led astanga. Those with astanga experience and beginners who already have a good level of fitness.

• Saturdays, 8.30–10.30am, Greenwich: Mysore-style astanga. Complete beginners as well as experienced astangis.

• Sundays, 11am–12.30pm, Woolwich: led astanga. Complete beginners as well as experienced astangis.
